We've all heard the admonition "be careful what you wish for," but when confronted with "artwork" that can be whatever the audience imagines her to be, the gulf between desire and expectation can be a most dangerous one. While I'm not sure there's enough sex or violence in here to warrant a warning, this is nonetheless intense. (N.B.: The inspiration for this story came from play with a 'toon' character, Missy Vixen, on Tapestries and FurryMUCK, although the vixen in this story is quite different from Missy.)

Easter Eggs
This is a story I'd started working on months ago, stopped, then finally kicked myself into finishing recently. Just after I'd started it, I was pointed at a story by Naman which is also a "virtual reality" story, but this is different enough that I don't think anyone's going to assume one piece has inspired the other. Highly fluffy but fun. The violence, such as it is, is highly cartoonish – the piece might earn an R rating for language, though!

Customer Service
A vignette about Sarah and her problems with the phone company, featuring her friend Chipotle, a coyote who also happens to be the Giants' Club assistant manager. (She's in charge of the stuff for the "doll-sized" people.) Less cutely vicious than the first story and funnier. Still adult.

Bargaining with Kali
A dark future hard sf novelette, a political thriller and, oh yes, a story with a giant ringtail girl. I've joked that it started out as Attack of the Fifty-Foot Woman and somehow became Blade Runner along the way, but in seriousness, this is one I'm particularly proud of.
